Our Process

Market Identification

Asset Capital is continuously monitoring market trends, completing and updating research, and searching for investment opportunities in the optimal markets at the optimal time!

I. Property Acquisition

Our acquisition team uses their expertise to acquire underperforming multifamily assets with strong value-add potential through long-term relationships with brokers, developers, attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors, and in many cases, we work directly with sellers that we have developed relationships with over the years. These relationships provide steady deal flow and frequent first looks at off-market properties.

II. Asset Management

Asset Capital partners with institutional-grade property management companies to utilize their local market knowledge and experience to develop asset reposition plans and management strategies. Asset management works closely with its property management partners to execute on high-quality, high-amenity property renovations that are tailored to each property. Asset management also works closely with its property management partners to consistently monitor and enhance the resident experience that delivers high retention, which allows for acceptable increases in rent.

III. Asset Disposition

Asset Capital is constantly analyzing its properties current and future performance metrics in order to determine which investments will deliver superior long-term returns vs. the properties with limited future upside. This allows us to provide our investors with a clear understanding of each individual investment appeal from inception. Depending on the investor’s investment strategy, we identify the pros and cons of each deal. We provide our investors with options (i.e., appreciation upside, depreciation for tax benefits, income benefits, overall return on investment, appreciation short-term, long-term goals, etc.).

Investors can look forward to receiving quarterly distributions from their investments, along with long-term capital appreciation and depreciation, if this is what they are looking for.
